Continuing the vision set forth by founders Ali and Earlena Morris back in 2002. This organization reached a milestone as it celebrated its 10th Anniversary in 2012. Building upon its rich history, the Kern County Black Chamber of Commerce will continue to be The Voice of Businesses in Kern County.
The Kern County Black Chamber of Commerce works to create and deliver member value through focusing resources on critical areas of business that will assure smart growth and sustainability for the county. Those critical areas include economic development, entrepreneurship, innovation, government contracting, marketing, technology, emerging industries, economic diversification, and regionalism. The Kern County Black Chamber of Commerce offers business development opportunities to organizations interested in growth through knowledge, access, and influence in Kern County and throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
